Start/Administrative Tools/Group Policy Management then under Forest: smallbusiness.local/Domains/smallbusiness.local/Group Policy Objects/Small Business Server Windows Firewall (or Small Business Server Internet Connection Firewall) then right click on it and select Edit then Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Network/Network Connections/Windows Firewall The Small Business Server Windows Firewall group policy is for POST XP SP2 machines and Small Business Server Internet Connection Firewall is the group policy for Pre XP SP2.
