Description:
The DHCP allocator has disabled itself on IP address 192.168.16.2, since the IP address is outside the 192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0 scope from which addresses are being allocated to DHCP clients. To enable the DHCP allocator on this IP address, please change the scope to include the IP address, or change the IP address to fall within the scope.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

What we believe is happening is the DHCP is being corrupted by the RRAS DHCP....

This is caused when the NAT basic firewall is checking the "Automatically Assign" box

As this time we think it's because that I didn't run the Remote Access wizard which is a separate wizard in the todo list.

Wes had me blow off RRAS, blow off the DHCP, rebuild DHCP scope, rerun the CEICW [Internet wizard] and the Remote Access wizard and the box is now NOT checked [it was before]

Will keep you posted.
