Log into the Eopen web site where you
license information is located [http://eopen.microsoft.com]

This is normally tied to a passport
account.

If you have never been to Eopen, you need
to enter your profile information and click on “add agreement” to enter a
license agreement

The information for the license agreement
should come from your vendor. Enter the Authorization and License
number accordingly.

Click on Agreement summary to see your
licenses [please note that some of mine say “expired” but they were
extended when the Software Assurance was extended

Click on a license and you will see an
“authorization number” and “license number” and more detailed info [this
SA is one that received extended license through 6/30/2004 as a result of
changes to the SA. You will need this information when ordering SA media
plan
.

Click on the “Product key code to see the
key codes for your licensed product.

SBS 2k software assurance Agreement:

Now call 1-800-248-0655 for the North
American Media fulfillment center.

Give them your Authorization numbers and
License numbers.

The SKU number that they will give you is
T75-00163 for the Premium. They will indicate that you can order the
Standard [SKU T72-00100] but obviously get the Premium version. Office
2k3 SKU number is 021-06418.

Give them a credit card to cover the cost
of the media [at $25.00] and shipping [Airborne, usually]

You will not need media for SBS 2k3 cals
as the codes are available already on the Eopen web site. Click on the
“key” and you can see them:
